TACINT may change its privacy policy from time to time, and if there are changes, they will be posted on this page, http://www.tacint.com/privacy.HTML or on a related TACINT page. TACINT is an opt-in newsletter that delivered to the email addresses of specific community members. If a user joins the TACINT list, we ask for contact information including, but not limited to, email address and zip code.
Subscribes to the TACINT mailing lists are done through web forms that collect Personally Identifiable Information, such as email address and zip code. These forms are not limited to the TACINT network of sites. TACINT may work with third parties to do any or all of the following: email delivery, ad serving, tracking, processing, or database management.
TACINT data is protected by the following security measures to ensure against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information under our control. TACINT data is protected with the integrity and security of industry-standard procedures and guidelines. Only key executives and members of the operational and development teams possess the passwords required to access files requiring security clearances.
The TACINT web site and emails may contain links to third-party sites, not under TACINT control. When this is the case, the offerings will be clearly marked as for that third party. These offers are optional, and should the user not wish to participate, they should simply not take action. As such, submissions on those offers may be submitted to the third party. The subscriber agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TACINT’s, partners, and its directors, officers, agents, and employees for any and all losses, costs, liabilities, or expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' and expert witnesses' fees) incurred or arising from a) any breach of subscriber's covenants, b) any user-generated content, or c) any claims arising from the sale or license of goods or services promoted or made available through TACINT. TACINT's indemnity rights shall not be limited or offset by any contributory negligence by partners, affiliates or agents. TACINT may participate in the defense at its expense.
Any additional information offered or any additional services requested by you, the user, outside of the TACINT domain will be subject to the Privacy Statement within that particular site. TACINT is not responsible for actions by the user outside of the tacint.com network and its mailings.
TACINT collects information about users, including but not limited to, email address, demographic information, and other submitted data, which is stored in our database. We use this information to help target advertisements to your profile, and to provide an optimal site experience. The database is built on an opt-in model, which means that a user must sign up to receive this email. A user can unsubscribe from TACINT lists at any time, by entering their email address on this page http://www.tacint.com/unsubscribe or by sending an email to antron@tacint.com.
